The Admiral Lazarev Manor Hotel is located on Kotlin Island, surrounded by the Gulf of Finland in the heart of the city of Kronstadt. The unique mansion hotel "Admiral Lazarev's Estate" built in 1915 is a renovated manor building (familiar to visitors of the city as the Lazarev House and the museum hotel) open to the public and stay since 2021 after a full-scale reconstruction. A three-storey building on a granite basement, made in the style of Russian Neo-Gothic, the main accent of which is its angular facade, decorated with a high porch with a balcony on columns and topped with a dome with a spire. On the western and southern sides, the manor building has an original crenellated roof and small glazed windows with beautiful architraves characteristic of this style. The architecture has been restored with precision and according to archival materials, as well as in one of the halls of the first floor, a section of the original 1913 Metlakh floor tiles has been preserved and restored. The infield park with a fountain was also restored, and the century-old lime trees that remember Admiral Lazarev himself were preserved. It was from Kronstadt that Admiral Lazarev and Thaddeus Bellingshausen set off on a trip around the world and to the shores of Antarctica - they were the first people to see the Antarctic ice shelf, and the First Russian Antarctic expedition went down in history forever. Now the manor building houses a hotel and a small cozy backyard restaurant "Rotonda", with fine cuisine, where Mediterranean, Russian, and Asian dishes are served - the menu changes throughout the year, as if we, along with the guests, go on a trip around the world through the national dishes of different countries. In the interiors of the estate, in the lobby of the first and second floors, there is a historical art gallery and a wax figure gallery, and at the entrance guests are greeted by a live parrot Gosha. An infield park with a fountain, exquisite rooms, including suites with a Jacuzzi, silence and fresh sea air, breakfast in the panoramic Rotonda hall and a cup of morning coffee in your own garden – an ideal plot for both a romantic or family vacation and a business trip – a variety of rooms will make the best choice on the occasion of your arrival to the manor. The summer marina with a modern, one of the best stadiums in St. Petersburg and the city beach is located a 10-minute walk from the estate.
